About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Area Manager to join the Sportscraft team, leading across our three Adelaide stores. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving performance, consistency, and brand excellence across the region.
As an Area Manager, you’ll inspire and empower our Store Managers to deliver exceptional results â ensuring every store reflects Sportscraft’s proud legacy of quality, craftsmanship, and timeless Australian style.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support Store Managers across your area to deliver sales, service, and operational excellence.
Drive achievement of sales, profit, and KPI targets across all stores.
Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, visual merchandising, and in-store experience.
Identify opportunities for improvement, creating and implementing effective action plans.
Partner closely with the Support Office to deliver key initiatives and campaigns.
Build strong succession pipelines, developing talent and fostering high-performing teams.
About You
Proven experience in multi-site retail management (ideally fashion or lifestyle apparel).
A track record of coaching and developing leaders to drive business results.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and act on insights.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
A passion for people, product, and delivering an elevated customer experience.
